Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns due to the nature of the service we provide and all sales are final. If there is a request for a Partial-refund we cannot provide a full Partial-refund for the material cost, consumables, print operation time, and labor. We can arrange an inspection for the part and verify the issues that warrant unsatisfactory results based on the data, parameters, and requirements given to us which will determine a Partial-refund or not.
To complete your Partial-refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us.
There are certain situations where only Partial-refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item that is missing or lacks features that the customer requested and was not taken into consideration after quote or during production
- Any item that is unsatisfactory to the customer due to extenuating circumstances outside of their control
Once your Request for Partial-refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have will Partial-refund you for the flaw or incorrect parameters of the part. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Partial-refund.
If you are approved, then your Partial-refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing Partial-refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a Partial-refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your Partial-refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a Partial-refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be Partially-refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be Partially-refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seracengineering.com and send your item to: Salinas, CA, 93906, United States.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
